Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the last item in your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return any product that does not suit you, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty, apart from the return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in writing (email to alvveepy@gmail.com) before the end of the 14-day period.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and in their original packaging, so that they can be resold.

• Return shipping costs are payable by the buyer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and checked, we will refund the full price of the items concerned, excluding the original delivery costs, within 14 calendar days.

The refund will be issued using the payment method used for the order.

Exceptions

Custom artworks, made-to-order products and limited editions may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal. Where this applies, it is stated clearly in the product description.

Damaged or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective product, or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at alvveepy@gmail.com with photos of the item you received. We are committed to finding a fast solution, whether by exchange, repair or refund.
