Shipping Policy – Svhaine Alvarez

1. Shipping destinations
We ship our artworks worldwide, including the United States, with tracked and insured shipping. Standard-format pieces are shipped directly after purchase. For very large-format sculptures, shipping may be quoted individually — feel free to contact us at alvveepy@gmail.com before ordering if you have any doubt.

2. Processing time
Each artwork is one-of-a-kind and requires careful preparation. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 days after payment confirmation. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping methods
We use reliable, specialized carriers to deliver your artworks safely:

• Colissimo (La Poste) for France
• Specialized carriers for international shipments

A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships.

4. Packaging
All artworks are carefully packed in suitable materials (reinforced boxes, foam protection, bubble wrap, plexiglass cases when needed) to ensure their protection during transit.

5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the artwork and the destination, and are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

6. Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United States, customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply. These charges are fully covered by Svhaine Alvarez and remain at no cost to the buyer.

7. Delays and delivery issues
In case of delay or any problem with delivery, please contact us immediately at alvveepy@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

8. Receiving your order
Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. In case of visible damage, please report it to the carrier and inform us as soon as possible with supporting photos.
